Donegal Borough is a municipality on Rt. 711, and part of the Gateway to the Laurel Highlands. We have a population of 165. Our borough building is used for Head Start Classes. We have a park with a basketball court, tennis court and playground adjacent to the borough building.

Meetings are the first Tuesday of the month at 7:00 pm. If there is a holiday or election, the meeting will be held the second Tuesday of the month. Meetings are held at 211 Water St. Donegal.
