Licensed nursing facility under the jurisdiction of the Westmoreland County Board of Commissioners. This facility provides short term skilled care and rehabilitation, long term nursing care and respite care. We have an extensive therapy unit with "Activities of Daily Living" Apartment to help a person practice skills needed to return home. We provide Respiratory and IV therapy and have a wound care team. Also provided to all residents is Recreation Therapy and Social Services. During the past year Westmoreland Manor has opened "Eagle Tree Apartments" - Independent living in a protective environment.
