The Ligonier Valley Library offers a strong overall program of educational, cultural and recreational services to residents of the Ligonier Valley and Westmoreland County. The facility houses a collection containing over 65,000 items including books, videocassettes, DVD's, audiobooks, and compact discs. Adults and children can access information using the library's computers. The library is a member of The Westmoreland County Federated Library System and Access Pennsylvania. Library cards are available free of charge to any resident of Westmoreland County.
